In
an effort to help the media gain a better understanding
of the Massachusetts court system, judges and clerks
answered questions about the law and the courts during
two sessions of the “Law School for Journalists,” on
October 16 and 27. Cosponsored by the Supreme Judicial
Court Judiciary/Media Committee and the Flaschner Judicial
Institute, both programs were moderated by retired Appeals
Court Justice Rudolph Kass.
