Mulligan To Provide Waiting Room for Witnesses and Victims in Suffolk County Courthouse What: In an effort to provide a convenient, secure, and comfortable waiting room for witnesses and victims who are called to testify in Suffolk Superior Court, Chief Justice for Administration and Management Robert A. Mulligan has established a special waiting room in the Suffolk County Courthouse. Chief Justice Mulligan and Superior Court Chief Justice Barbara J. Rouse will turn over the keys to the room to Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel F. Conley. They will discuss the need for a waiting room for witnesses and victims in a press briefing.   When: Thursday, January 12, 2006 11:15 a.m.   Where: Suffolk County Courthouse, 11th Floor Three Pemberton Square Boston   Note: This is a media photo and broadcast opportunity.
