MARSHALL TO PRESENT KEYNOTE ADDRESS AT MASSACHUSETTS BAR ASSOCIATION   ANNUAL MEETING ON JANUARY 24 What: Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall will be the keynote speaker at the annual meeting of the Massachusetts Bar Association on January 24, 2004. Chief Justice Marshall will discuss the transformation in court management since the release of the Report of the Visiting Committee on Management in the Courts, the interdependence of equal access to justice and the delivery of justice, and other issues of interest to the bar, judiciary, and the public.
