Supreme Judicial
Court Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall will deliver
the keynote address at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s
annual meeting. The Chief Justice will address the fiscal
challenges facing the Massachusetts judicial branch during
an economic recession, steps to improve the administrative
structure and governance of the court system, and other
issues of interest to the bar and to the public.
