MARSHALL TO DELIVER KEYNOTE ADDRESS AT MASSACHUSETTS BAR ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 25 What: Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Margaret H.
