TRIAL COURT DEMONSTRATES NEW
INTEGRATED CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Chief Justice for Administration
and Management Barbara A. Dortch-Okara and Superior Court
Judge Timothy S. Hillman, Project Executive of the Trial Court’s
Information Technology project, today held a demonstration
at the State House of a new comprehensive, integrated, automated
court case management system, known as MassCourts, to be developed this year by Maximus, a software firm
based in Reston, Virginia, and an industry leader in court
automation. In photo,
Chief Justice Dortch-Okara welcomed legislators, executive
branch officials, bar association representatives, the media,
and judges and court staff who attended the demonstration.
