Dortch-Okara today announced that the Administrative Office of the Juvenile Court and the Trial Court’s Judicial Institute will move from the Edward W. Brooke Courthouse to the Center Plaza office complex on Cambridge Street in Boston.  The Judicial Institute, a department of the Administrative Office of the Trial Court, conducts educational programs for the professional development of judges and court personnel.           The moves will take place from Friday, March 7, 2003 through Sunday, March 9, 2003, and the offices will be open for business on Monday, March 10, 2003 in the Center Plaza location.           These moves are in preparation for the relocation of the Boston Municipal Court later this year from the John W.
