MARSHALL TO DELIVER KEYNOTE ADDRESS AT MASSACHUSETTS BAR ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON SATURDAY, MARCH 5 What: Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall will be the keynote speaker at the annual meeting of the Massachusetts Bar Association on March 5, 2005. Chief Justice Marshall will discuss the progress of the judicial branch during the past five years in three key areas: strengthening judicial accountability, reforming judicial administration, and broadening access to justice.
