Trial Court Requests Proposals for Entry Exam Implementation
The Administrative Office of the Trial Court today issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek vendors qualified to design objective entry exams for Court Officer and Probation Officer positions. The selected vendor also must be able to assist in the training, administration and grading process of the examinations and to assist in development of a physical abilities test for Court Officers.

Pursuant to the statute the exam shall test the knowledge, skills and abilities which can be objectively and reliably measured and which are required to perform the duties of the positions of court officers and probation officers.

The anticipated duration of the resulting contract of this RFP is a five year term followed by five single year optional renewals to be exercised at the sole discretion of the AOTC.
