Trial Court Requests Proposals for Strategic Planning Consultant
The Massachusetts Trial Court, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management, has launched a strategic planning process for the statewide court system, and is seeking a firm with expertise in strategic consulting. The Trial Court today issued a Request for Proposals for a firm to provide the guidance and assistance necessary to ensure that the Trial Court develops and conducts an efficient and effective strategic planning process that results in a widely supported, action-oriented and comprehensive strategic plan.
Through an inclusive and collaborative process, the Trial Court will develop its vision for the year 2025, and the operational and implementation strategies and goals required during the next five to ten years to progress toward that vision. A strategic planning process will enable the Trial Court to develop systematic, comprehensive, and proactive long-term responses to the increasing demands and pressures it faces now and is likely to face in the future.
