MOVES TO FALL RIVER
The
Bristol Probate and Family Court Register's Office
will open on Monday, August 27, 2007 at 21 Father DeValles
Boulevard in Fall River. The new telephone number is
508-672-4669. Previously, the office had been operating
in Taunton. The Fall River address is an interim location
pending the construction of a new Taunton Trial Court.
Under the supervision of
Bristol Probate and Family Court Register Robert E. Peck, the Register's
Office is the central repository of all court records for the Probate and Family
Court in Bristol County. In Fiscal Year 2006, 13,134 cases were filed in the
Bristol Probate and Family Court.
