One hundred years ago, Roscoe Pound, who later became the Dean of Harvard Law School, addressed the American Bar Association at its annual meeting and criticized the state of justice in America in a speech called by some the most influential paper in American jurisprudence. It later led to significant reforms in the administration of justice. The event is sponsored by the Court Management Advisory Board and the Supreme Judicial Court Historical Society.
