Marshall to Deliver Annual Address To The Legal Community What: Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall will present her Annual Address to the Legal Community at the third annual Bench-Bar Symposium sponsored by the Massachusetts Bar Association. Chief Justice for Administration & Management Robert A. Mulligan will be presented with the 2008 Distinguished Service Award by National Center for State Courts President Mary C. McQueen.
