MassCourts Forum Focuses on
System-wide Implementation
The
Boston Municipal Court Department, in partnership with
AOTC’s Trial Court Information Services and the
Commissioner of Probation, held a MassCourts Forum on
Friday, October 28 in the John Adams Courthouse. The
program provided a detailed overview of MassCourts and
MassCourts Lite, the precursor to MassCourts, which will
soon be installed in the Boston Municipal Court, District
Court, and Probation Departments. Participants learned
about the preparation, planning, and staff resources
needed to implement MassCourts, the Trial Court’s
state-of-the-art, integrated case management system.
Speakers included Chief Justice for Administration and
Management Robert A. Mulligan, BMC Chief Justice Charles
R. Johnson, Appeals Court Justice James F. McHugh, Chief
Information Officer Craig Burlingame, and Trial Court
Information Services staff members Edward F. Hinton and
Susanne White.
