Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall to Speak on Domestic Violence
in Worcester on November 13



What:

“Domestic Violence and Court Practices -
Views from the Executive Branch, the Bench and the Bar”

 

 

Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall and Lt. Governor Timothy P. Murray will headline an event on domestic violence issues sponsored by the Worcester County Bar Association. Chief Justice Marshall will discuss the challenges facing the courts and initiatives to help address the issues. Following their opening remarks, a panel discussion of representative trial court judges and lawyers will discuss perspectives from the bench and bar.
