Commonwealth v. Kim Domino
In circumstances in which the defendant was charged with failure to register as a sex offender and tendered a guilty plea after being incorrectly advised that he was subject to the law even though at the time of the alleged offense he was an unclassified level 0 offender, whether the plea was made knowingly, voluntarily and intelligently; whether the judge in accepting the plea and imposing a sentence of a $500 fine properly also imposed community parole supervision for life.
Interested parties may file their briefs in the Office of the Clerk for the Commonwealth, John Adams Courthouse, Suite 1-400, Pemberton Square, Boston MA 02108-1724 (Telephone 617-557-1020).
