Whether the judge correctly allowed reformation of an insurance policy to strike an endorsement limiting dog-bite liability to $25,000, on the ground of mutual mistake between the homeowners and the insurer's agent, based upon the agent's and the insured's agreement on the policy's overall coverage limits of $500,000.

Parties filing amicus briefs are expected to comply with the requirements of Rules 17, 19 and 20 of Mass. Rules of Appellate Procedure.
