The Supreme Judicial Court solicits comments on the following proposed amendments to the Rules of the Commission on Judicial Conduct. The proposed amendments were developed by the Court and the Commission in response to the Court's Memorandum and Order in OE-0117, In the Matter of the Commission on Judicial Conduct.
