the Recommendation of the IOLTA Committee
to Amend Mass. R. Civ. P. 23
The Justices of the Supreme Judicial Court invite comments on a recommendation of the IOLTA Committee to amend Mass. R. Civ. P. 23. The proposed amendment addresses the disposition of residual funds in class actions. The proposed amendment and reasons for its recommendation by the IOLTA Committee are contained in the enclosed letter
