January 31, 2012 Reminder: Strategic Planning Info Sessions Feb. 2 & 3        All court staff are reminded that the Chief Justices invite you to attend strategic planning information sessions scheduled this week as follows:     Thursday, Feb 2 @ 3 p.m.:     Boston, Plymouth, Salem, Worcester * Friday, Feb 3 @ 1 p.m.:         Springfield *     At these sessions, you will have a chance to learn about the strategic planning process and to ask questions. You will also learn about some of the many and varied opportunities to participate in the process.   To help court staff understand this planning initiative the Mass. Office of Public Collaboration, which will help to facilitate the planning effort, has prepared two additional documents which will be discussed at the meetings:   *     Process Principles and Roles *     Simplified Planning Model   These, along with the background information posted last week, are available at: www.mass.gov/courts/strategicplanning It may be helpful to review these materials before the meeting.
