BASS STEAKS ON THE GRILLE By Matthew Lee
-Bass steaks with skin still on (cut fish through the middle)
-olive oil
-Italian seasoning (or any assortment of spices you like)
-Ritz Crackers
Slice steaks about 1 inch thick and cover with olive oil on both sides (this prevents the bottom from burning). Add the seasoning (to taste) on the top. Sprinkle with Ritz Crackers. Cook until fish flakes (about 8 minutes).
