Marine Science Center Outreach Program

This outreach program provides tailored activities to PreK-12, either aboard the R/V Mysis for oceanographic education (biological, physical, and chemical oceanography), in the classroom with a topic of the teacher's choice (i.e., basic introduction, food webs, adaptations, classification, etc.), and on-site (tide pooling in a pristine intertidal zone is available in warm weather and an outreach center with abundant activities available year-round.
