Notice of Proposed Regulation Revision and Promulgation

The Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management (CZM) is proposing to revise regulations governing the administration of the state's federally approved Coastal Program and—as the lead agency charged with developing and implementing the Massachusetts Ocean Management Plan—to promulgate regulations to administer the Plan pursuant to Section 4C(h) of MGL c 21A.

The Massachusetts Coastal Zone Management Program is implemented in the Massachusetts Code of Regulations.
