SECTION XI: EXCEPTION 7
7. To comply with the provisions of any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements.
There may be provisions in certain statutes or the conditions of certain federal grants which require the discussion of particular issues in executive session. With respect to federal grants-in-aid, it is the intention of this exception to prevent the Open Meeting Law to operate as a disqualification for such grants to cities and towns of this Commonwealth if confidentiality may be required.
