18. Can I file documents electronically?
DALA cannot accept any documents filed electronically.
DALA will accept faxed documents (FAX number: 617-727-7248). If you fax documents, do not follow with an original of the faxed documents. The faxed transmission must contain a statement certifying that the documents were sent by facsimile (or by U.S. mail) to the other party involved in the case.
