Directions to DALA

    The Division of Administrative Law Appeals is located at 98th North Washington St., 4th  Floor, Boston, Ma.  North Washington Street is off Causeway Street, near the Fleet Center.  Parking may be available in the nearby parking garages.  We encourage you to use public transportation.

    The office is within easy walking distance of the following T stations: North Station and Haymarket.

DIRECTIONS TO 98 NORTH WASHINGTON STREET 

Green & Orange Lines :                                                                             Take either line to the North Station or Haymarket stops

From North Station, go left on Causeway Street (if exiting on the Canal/Causeway Street Exit, turn right) toward the North End to Medford Street on your right.  Walk up Medford Street almost to the end of the block and the entrance to 98 North Washington will be on your right.

From Haymarket, go out the New Chardon/New Sudbury Bus Stop Exit.  Follow the temporary signs to the North End via North Washington Street.  Once on North Washington Street, Joe Tecce's Restaurant will be on your right and Medford Street on your left.  Go up Medford Street and the entrance to 98 North Washington is immediately on your left. 

FROM THE NORTH:

Take Interstate 93S to Exit 26A/Leverett Circle, Cambridge.  Follow the signs towards North Station.  Make a right at the next set of lights onto Nashua Street.  Follow Nashua Street until the end and turn left onto Lomasney Way.    Go one block and turn left onto Causeway Street (North Station & the Fleet Center will be on your left).   Turn right on North Washington Street.  Go one block & take a sharp right on Medford Street.  The entrance to 98 N. Washington is immediately on your left.

FROM THE SOUTH:

Take Interstate 95N to Interstate 93N to Boston.   Enter 93N Tunnel.  Take Exit 23/Government Center.   After exiting stay in the right lane and follow signs for the North End.   You will be on Cross Street.  Follow it to North Washington Street.   As soon as you see Joe Tecce's Restaurant on your right, look for Medford Street on your left.   Turn onto Medford Street and the entrance to 98 N. Washington is immediately on your left.

FROM THE WEST:

Take Mass Pike East to Interstate 93N to Boston.  Enter 93N Tunnel.  Take Exit 23/Government Center.  After exiting, stay in the right lane and follow signs for the North End.  You will be on Cross Street.  Follow it to North Washington Street.  As soon as you see Joe Tecce's Restaurant on your right, look for Medford Street on your left.   Turn onto Medford Street and the entrance to 98 N. Washington is immediately on your left.

Note: Medford Street is one way going from North Washington to Causeway Streets.

PARKING:

There is very limited meter parking in the area.   There are some meters on both Medford and North Washington Streets.  Parking garages are located at the Fleet Center and the Government Center Parking Garage is near the Haymarket T Station.  There are also a few public parking lots in the area.
