  1. Do I have a right to appeal the decision?

A party who is dissatisfied with the Magistrate's decision has a right to appeal. In some cases, the appeal involves taking the case into Superior Court; in others, the appeal is to the agency that referred the case to DALA. The method of appeal is explained in a cover letter that accompanies the Magistrate's decision.
