  1. When will the Administrative Magistrate decide the case?

After the parties have presented the evidence, and after any post-hearing briefs have been filed, the hearing record is closed. The Administrative Magistrate will issue a written decision based on the evidence introduced and the laws and regulations that apply to the case.
