Friends Groups

Friends groups are essential partners in advancing the mission of DCR. Learn more about how to get involved with an existing group or form a new one.

Volunteer

There are virtually limitless volunteer opportunities at DCR parks across the state. Volunteers do cleanups, trail work, plant flowers, lead programs and more. Speak directly with the staff at the park at which you would like to volunteer, or call 617-626-1250.

DCR is committed to sharing information with the public and to engaging them in dialogue on theissues, programs, and projects that relate to ouragency's broad conservation and recreation mission. Learn more how to get involved in the projects that matter to you.

Concerts, nature programs, hikes, and art exhibits are just a few examples of the numerous programs and events taking place each week in our parks.
