Important Information: Internet User Responsibility When Making a Camping Reservation with MA State Parks
While customers appreciate the flexibility of
reserving campsites either over the phone or on an Internet website,
and Internet reservations are a popular booking method for our campgrounds,
please be advised of the following as you make an Internet reservation

- All reservation policies and restrictions apply
to Internet customers. Prior to finishing a reservation transaction,
the Internet customer is asked to "agree" to all the
terms given. Refunds are not available for misunderstanding of
terms.
- A campsite has not been reserved until payment has been entered and you receive a reservation number from the system. Multiple reservations can be in progress at any given time. A campsite may show to be available at the start of the reservation process, but may no longer be available by the time the campsite is selected.
- Internet customers accept responsibility for
entering accurate information such as correct campsite selection,
correct date selection, equipment size information. Verify your
camping dates and site prior to ending your transaction. Prior
to your arrival dates, refunds and/or no-cost transfers are not

or number of occupants on a site in order to circumvent reservation
policies may not be accommodated upon arrival at the campground.
