Notice of Public Comment and Hearing
Notice is hereby
given that the Executive for Administration and Finance, working with the
Department of Conservation and Recreation, acting under statutory authority of
Chapter 7 of the General Laws and line item 2800-0100 of section 2 of Chapter
149 of the Acts of 2004, and in conformance with Chapter 30A of the General
Laws, is holding a public hearing on proposed amendments to a portion of 801
CMR 4.02 regarding fees for certain services provided at facilities of the
Department of Conservation and Recreation.
The proposed amendments would modify camping and certain parking fees to
bring the fee charged more in line with covering the Department’s cost of
providing the service.
Two public hearings
will be conducted to receive both written and verbal comments on the proposed
regulations.
