There are a number of ways you can support Borderland State
Park.
The Conservation
Trust and the Urban Parks Trust Fund accept donations
in an effort to support and enhance park facilities and programs.
There are also two "iron rangers" at the park in
which you can make a donation specifically for Borderland.
The Office of Public
Private Partnerships of the Executive
Office of Environmental Affairs provides funds to match private
and other non-state monetary contributions for capital projects
on state land.
In addition, Borderland State Park has a Friends Group, the Friends
of Borderland. The group is a non-profit
organization that works to raise funds for the park as well as offering the chance to become involved with a variety of events
and programs that they help to conduct at the park. |
