Step 1Contact

Step 2Application

  • Submit the Partnerships Matching Funds Application by the due date of October 17, 2008. Applications may be mailed, emailed or faxed using the contact information below:

            DCR strongly encourages earlier submission to facilitate review.

Step 3:  Review Process and Decision Notification

  • Applications will be reviewed by a team of agency staff.

  • DCR will notify applicants of decisions (date as yet to be determined).

Step 4: Funding

  • Submit project funds to DCR prior to (date as yet to be determined), as Partner funds must be deposited into the DCR Conservation Trust or Urban Parks Trust Fund by (date as yet to be determined). Instructions regarding submitting your funds will be included in your project approval package. 

Step 5: Final Steps

  • Work closely with agency staff. 

  • Projects will be managed by agency staff pursuant to all applicable state laws. 

  • The project will be assigned a manager at DCR, and this project manager will work with the partner from start to finish.

The project manager will conduct meetings with the partners, as well as other parties whose input is necessary to carry out the project.
