Step 2: Pre-Application/Project Concept

Submit the Partnerships
Matching Funds Pre Application by Friday, April 12, 2013.
Pre-Applications may be mailed, emailed

DCR strongly encourages earlier submission to facilitate review.
Step 3: Review Process and Decision Notification

Pre-Applications will be reviewed by a team of agency staff.

DCR will notify applicants
and release full application beginning on April 30, 2013.
Step 4: Full Application

Submit the Partnerships
Matching Funds Full Application by Friday, May 31, 2013 (new date).

Work closely with agency staff.

Projects will be managed by agency staff pursuant to all applicable state laws.

The project will be assigned a manager at DCR, and this project manager will work with the partner from start to finish.
The project manager will conduct meetings with the partners, as well as other parties whose input is necessary to carry out the project. Public process, project related events, and press outreach will be coordinated through DCR as well.
