Reconnaissance Reports

DCR has been partnering with regional entities to bring the Heritage Landscape inventory Program to communities in different areas of the state. A professional consulting team facilitated a local public identification meeting in each participating municipality, where landscapes and planning issues were discussed and prioritized by the local residents in attendance. This meeting was then followed shortly thereafter by a fieldwork session, in which the consulting team visited the heritage landscapes that were prioritized during the identification meeting. The resulting documentation and recommendations can be found in these Reconnaissance Reports:
