If your community has participated in the Heritage Landscape Inventory Program, we are interested in obtaining feedback about the experience, and hear about what you have been up to since that time. We would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes of your time to complete our survey, so that we may continue to improve the program to better serve the needs of communities.
