***Important***

Documents necessary for testing – each candidate participating in this competitive testing process must bring each of the following items to the testing site:

Lifeguard Release of Liability
Proof of age - Government issued Photo Identification - Social Security Card and/or Pass Port

Current and original certification cards

Bathing suit

A signed parental consent form is required if under the age of 18

Review all testing requirements and necessary documentation before arrival at testing location

All lifeguard candidates, both new and returning have the option of testing at any DCR testing location.
