Quabbin Park Cemetery Restoration Project
Report on $10,000 project, sponsored by the DCR Conservation Trust and in collaboration with DCR's Office of Cultural Resources, to repair gravestones at historic Quabbin Park Cemetery damaged by multiple storms in 2011. Work included cleaning, resetting, and restoring 32 priority stones as well as a 3-day training for DCR staff on best practices for future monument maintenance.

Downstream
Downstream was initiated in 1999 as a twice yearly publication to foster communication on common land protection issues with property owners in the Quabbin Reservoir/Ware River/Wachusett Reservoir watershed system. A new layout was introduced in 2005 to encompass a larger audience and a wider scope of topics. Downstream strives to present a range of informative features promoting responsible environmental practices, interesting topics on watershed management, and listings for family activities.
