KEY TO TERMS
Air Quality (AQ) Identification Number		A unique federal identification number assigned to a source of air pollution.
Facility Master File (FMF) Number		A unique identification number MassDEP assigns to an entire regulated facility. All individual regulated objects (waste streams) within the facility are linked to this FMF number.
Regulated Object (RO) Account Number		A unique identification number MassDEP assigns to a specific regulated waste stream within a facility.
Transmittal Number		A unique identification and tracking number linked with an application for a MassDEP permit or approval that requires a fee payment. Note: A Transmittal Number is not listed when there is no fee associated with the application.
