Meeting Goals:  By the end of this meeting, the workgroup should have (1) completed a review and discussion of Sections 1-8 of the APH Method, (2) Assign subgroups to develop canister preparation, sampling and instrument calibration procedures  (3) Develop format and an approach to distribute edited document and (4) Make a decision regarding approach to include EPA Method TO-15 in CAM.
