Future GRP's

MassDEP plans to expand and enhance marine oil spill preparedness and response capabilities by developing Geographic Response Plans for all coastal areas in Massachusetts over the next five years. The next areas planned for GRP development are Cape Cod and the Islands. MassDEP has contracted with Nuka Research & Planning Group, LLC, to coordinate the preparation of the Cape Cod and Islands GRPs, and expects these GRPs to be completed in  2007.
