Pre-1993 Spills Database
Archived Spills Database The Spills Database was the release notification tracking system for spills that occurred prior to October 1, 1993. This information should be considered to be primarily of historical interest since all of the listed spills have either been cleaned up or assigned new tracking numbers and moved to the databases described above. Note that these files are considered a permanent version of the Spills Database and are unlikely to be updated. The files have been compressed using PKZIP and need to be decompressed using PKWARE or similar programs.
