Draft 2009 Mercury Lamp Recycling Rate Determination

At the request of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association, MassDEP has extended the public comment period on this document until October 14, 2011.

BUREAU OF WASTE PREVENTION

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Environmental Protection seeks public comment on the Draft 2009 Mercury Lamp Recycling Rate Determination. The determination is required as part of the Massachusetts Mercury Management Act (Chapter 190 of the Acts of 2006) and corresponding Department of Environmental Protection regulations (310 CMR 75.00).

Public comment will be accepted up until 5:00 p.m. on October 14, 2011.  Comments may be submitted electronically or by mail to:
