Notice is hereby given that the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP or the Department), acting in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 111, Sections 142A through 142E, is seeking public comment on proposed approval of an Application for Verification of GHG Credits (BWP AQ 28), pursuant to 310 CMR 7.00: Appendix B(7), for the following applicant:

Specifically, the Department is seeking public comments on the proposed approval of an Application for Verification of GHG Credits generated by the use of alternative gases instead of SF6 at Meridian Magnesium Products of America in Eaton Rapids, MI.

Persons wishing to review the applications and proposed approvals may do so Monday through Friday, during business hours at the Boston office of the Department of Environmental Protection, 1 Winter Street, Boston.
