NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Municipal Services on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, in the DEP Conference Room on the second floor of One Winter Street, Boston, MA. The hearing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive oral and written testimony on the Commonwealth's proposed revisions to the Project Selection Criteria for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan programs in calendar year 2010 that identify certain project categories as potential funding priorities.

An electronic copy of the revised criteria, guidance and rating sheets are available at the MassDEP website: http://www.mass.gov/dep/water/wastewater/wastewat.htm. Electronic and paper copies of this document have been provided to each of the Commonwealth's Cities and Towns.
