Clean and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds
The Massachusetts State Revolving Funds provides low-cost financing to help community public water suppliers comply with federal and state clean water and drinking water requirements. Approximately $182 million ( $134 for Clean Water projects and $52 million for Drinking Water projects) will be available to Massachusetts to distribute to numerous projects across the Commonwealth. A portion of the funding will be targeted toward green infrastructure, water and energy efficiency, and environmentally innovative projects.
Eligibility Criteria
Projects listed on the Intended Use Plans which can execute construction contracts by December 31, 2009.
