310 CMR 30.000: Elementary Neutralization Amendments, November 2005
Adopted with MassDEP's Biotechnology package but applicable to all generators of hazardous waste, these amendments waive requirements for elementary neutralization of hazardous waste in tanks and containers, and other wastes and activities that are adequately regulated or are determined to pose insignificant hazards.
