Authorized by the state Legislature, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) Recycling Industries Reimbursement Credit (RIRC) grant program is intended to help remove economic barriers to recycling and reuse of various materials and products.  Grants subsidize the creation of sustainable markets and spur value-added recycling and reuse in both the public and private sectors.
