Class II Recycling Program Waste Characterization Study, February 2011

310 CMR 19.300 requires Massachusetts combustion facilities to conduct waste characterization studies within 18 months of receiving their Class II Recycling Program certifications from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).  Covanta of SEMASS has completed this requirement.  MassDEP expects to conduct additional analysis of this data and will post additional related information as it becomes available.
