Covanta of SEMASS MSP4: January 2007 to December 2008

In July 2006, MassDEP reviewed facilities' draft MSP4s and identified areas needing improvement. Facilities then submitted revised plans which were approved and posted for the public comment period. Correspondence relating to plan revisions provides context for the MSP4 development process. Please note that MSP4s vary in the types and levels of assistance offered to various sectors (e.g. schools, businesses, municipalities). MassDEP received feedback from three parties and approved the MSP4 that Covanta of SEMASS submitted in response to public comment.
