There are two parts to completing your ERP certification in eDEP. 

• In Part 1, you register with eDEP and get a username and password.
• In Part 2, you complete the ERP Certification Form, sign the form electronically, and finalize your submission.

You will have finalized the certification process when your screen displays a summary and receipt page indicating that your certification is complete.

Begin Your Certification

First: Download the Instructions for Parts 1 and 2  below, then either print them for reference or keep the instructions window open and refer back to it as you complete the eDEP registration process and the dental certification form.

Second: Register as an eDEP user in two steps OR if you already have a username and password, simply login and proceed directly to Part 2.  eDEP will open in a new window.
