Wetlands Protection Act: Instructions for eDEP Online Filing
The new and improved Notice of Intent (NOI), Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD), Order of Conditions (OOC), and Order of Resource Area Delineation (ORAD) are NOW available online through eDEP: https://edep.dep.mass.gov/DEPLogin.aspx.
You will find that our improved wetland forms will have a number of helpful and time-saving features that should make your work easier and faster. We strongly encourage all users to begin filing electronically. If you experience any problems as you use these forms, please let us know by sending an email to: dep.wetlands@state.ma.us. We will continue to regularly refine these forms as our resources allow.
